Our next Menopause Talks will address the one thing we can all agree on, that no one seems to agree about hormone therapy! The topic remains so misunderstood and baffling that we are hosting The Truth About Hormone Therapy on April 25 from 1 - 2 pm EST.  Please Join us as our host and leading voice on positive aging, Barbara Hannah Grufferman talks with Dr. Lila Nachtigall and Dr. Margaret Nachtigall, two world-renowned menopause experts, leaders on women’s health issues, and reproductive endocrinologists. They will answer your questions and bring clarity to this still-too-misunderstood topic. What is hormone replacement therapy? Is it safe? Does it cause breast cancer? I hear it's dangerous. I hear it's life-changing! Does it reduce hot flashes, insomnia, mood swings, vaginal dryness, and other menopause symptoms? Is it linked to improved cardiovascular health? Is it a pill? Patch? Cream? Vaginal ring? What hormones are in it? This important Menopause Talks will explain why we all are so confused, distinguish myth from reality (and stop our heads from spinning).
