Our host for this season (2) is the fabulous Stacy London - style expert, entrepreneur, and fierce advocate for women’s health. Stacy will host one-on-one conversations about the experience of menopause, providing useful information and humor while addressing a range of topics, from physical, cognitive and mental health symptoms to aging in a culture that values youth.

Hello Menopause, is changing the conversation around menopause and in every episode, we explore the physical, emotional, and mental changes that women experience during this transformative stage in life. Menopause has 34 symptoms, and we cover them all, from brain fog to panic attacks, to heart palpitations and urinary issues.
